PORTLAND, OR , March 8, 2013 (RISI) -
Western production through the week ending March 2, 2013, was 2.31 billion board feet, up 8.3% compared to the same period in 2012, according to the Western Wood Products Association. Coastal production was up 9.3% to 1.51 billion board feet. Inland production was 793 million board feet, an increase of 6.5% year-over-year.
