Existing home sales decline in June



PORTLAND, OR ,  (RISI) - Existing-home sales, including single-family, townhomes, condominiums and co-ops, dropped 2.6% in June to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.86 million units, according to the National Association of Realtors. The pace was 15.5% lower than the 5.75 million-unit rate in June 2007.
