Low vacuum box
To improve drainage curves and allow lower headbox consistencies, Lo-Vac boxes provide a transition to higher vacuum areas by removing a large volume of water at a low vacuum level. Tighter blade spacing on the lo-vac box provides proper fabric support. In addition, blades and structures are designed to suit paper grade and drainage rate requirements. Cryogenic treatment
To increase equipment wear resistance, 300 Below Zero cryogenically treats cutters, sheeters, trimmers, label dies, paper drills and punches, slitter knives, circular perforating wheels, and more.
