AF&PA’s CEO Harman to retire, will stay at job until a successor is hired

OAKLAND, CA, Jan. 18, 2019 (PPI Pulp & Paper Week) -The American Forest & Paper Association's (AF&PA) longest-serving CEO, Donna Harman, said this week that she will retire from the trade group. Harman's retirement will become effective later this year once a search and "transition are successfully completed," the AF&PA said on Jan. 16. Spencer Stuart will lead the search.

Harman became AF&PA CEO in 2007, succeeding Juanita Duggan, and has led the industry trade group for almost 12 years. Duggan was the AF&PA head for a short stint in 2006-2007 after replacing Henson Moore. AF&PA was formed Jan 1, 1993, ...
