AZ Corporation Commission votes against requiring biomass power expansion, while USFS enters second phase of massive forest restoration project [From the web]

WILLIAMS, AZ, July 16, 2019 (Williams News) -The Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) voted July 10 against requiring Arizona Public Service Company to file a request for proposals to convert the Cholla Power Plant in St. Johns to a biomass bioenergy facility.

The same day, the US Forest Service announced it was opening up a request for proposals forPhase 2 of the Four-Forest Restoration Initiative (4FRI).
