China extends ADDs on photographic paper imports from EU, Japan and USA

BEIJING, April 6, 2018 (PPI Asia) -China has extended antidumping duties (ADDs) on imports of photographic paper and board from the European Union (EU), the USA and Japan for another five years.

Last month, China’s Ministry of Commerce concluded that repealing the measures would likely lead to the continuation of dumping and to the recurrence of injury to the domestic paper industry.

Such imports to China from the three regions will remain subject to ADDs varying from 19.4% to 28.8%.

China first imposed the duties in March 2012 for a five-year period.
