Fibria invests Real 12M in social projects in Três Lagoas region

SAO PAULO, June 12, 2018 (PPI Latin America) -Brazilian pulp producer Fibria, in partnership with the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), is investing Real 11.7 million in social projects in the Três Lagoas region, where it has a 3.2 million tonnes/yr bleached eucalyptus kraft (BEK) pulp.

"With this investment, it will be possible to increase by almost 25% the number of towns served in Mato Grosso do Sul, between urban and rural, in the municipalities of Três Lagoas, Brasilândia, Selvíria and Água Clara, with almost 34 projects and more than 48 thousand people beneficiaries," Fibria said.
