FNOI: PfR market feels impact of China’s import restrictions

BRUSSELS, Feb. 8, 2018 (RISI) -The consequences of China’s paper for recycling (PfR) import restrictions are clearly visible on the international market, according to the Dutch industry association Federatie Nederlandse Oudpapier Industrie (FNOI). “The consequences are starting to be perceptible in the Netherlands, and the internatnional market is in danger of becoming clogged, as China has partially disappeard from the market,” the association said in a statement.
