Germany’s CEWE to buy online printing provider

BRUSSELS, Oct. 26, 2017 (RISI) -German printer CEWE Stiftung & Co. is acquiring the online printing company Laserline, a firm that operates a printing center in Berlin and employs over 160 people. The deal is still subject to the approval of Germany’s antitrust authorities.

“Laserline has an excellent customer base, an extensive product program, technically high-quality equipment and very good employees. The takeover allows us to grow together and create better purchasing conditions and other advantages in terms of size,” CEWE board of directors member Carsten Heitkamp said in a statement.
