In China, Zhejiang Jingxing to upgrade 200,000 tonne/yr BM

BEIJING, June 28, 2019 (PPI Asia) -China’s Zhejiang Jingxing Paper is going to invest RMB 100.1 million ($14.6 million) in rebuilding one of the recycled containerboard machines at its sole mill in Pinghu city, Zhejiang province.

Dubbed PM 10, the machine was commissioned in 2003 and currently produces kraft-top liner at a pace of 200,000 tonnes/yr.

The company estimates that the revamp will take 60 days and the resultant downtime will lead to a revenue loss of approximately RMB 24.3 million.
