Klabin faces issues with shareholders; CFO resigns

SAO PAULO, March 12, 2019 (PPI Latin America) -Brazilian packaging paper producer Klabin is struggling with minority shareholders to solve issues related with the royalties paid for the use of its trademark. The trademark “Klabin” is still owned by the controlling family, which recently agreed to transfer the name and other six trademarks to the company for Real 344 million, with the consequent termination of the payment of royalties.
