Mortgage interest rates move higher; 30-year at 4.60%

PORTLAND, OR, Sept. 13, 2018 (RISI) -Freddie Mac released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey, showing that mortgage rates jumped over the past week to a level not seen in over a month.
