Obituary: Green Bay Packaging chmn James Kress passes; led firm with innovative approaches

TORONTO, ON, May 17, 2019 (PPI Pulp & Paper Week) -Green Bay Packaging's long-time leader and chmn James Kress passed away on May 12 at age 89.

An industry titan renowned for sustainability- and innovation-related efforts in the pulp, paper, and packaging business, Kress joined the company founded by his father, George Kress, in 1951 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Business Administration degree.
