ReEnergy will dismantle idle biomass power plant in Lyonsdale, NY [From the web]

LYONSDALE, NY, July 11, 2019 (WWNYTV) -The Lyonsdale Biomass energy facility will be dismantled this summer and the 46 acre property will be transferred to the Lewis County Industrial Development Agency.

Power company ReEnergy bought the plant in 2011 and fueled the 22-megawatt biomass-to-electricity plant with material from local logging operations and sawmills, supporting more than 100 local jobs.
