Smurfit Kappa has new CEO for Mexican arm
SAO PAULO, Sept. 12, 2017 (PPI Latin America) -Smurfit Kappa Group (SKG) announced that Jorge Alberto Ángel is the new CEO for its Mexican operations.
The executive joined SKG in 1988 and has worked in various positions in Colombia. In January 2014, Ángel was nominated CEO for Argentina and Chile.
When SKG acquired operations in Brazil, Ángel assumed responsibility for the so-called South Cluster region, which included Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
"His leadership and extensive experience in several Latin American countries will allow us to develop the strategies we have planned for Mexico and thus continue its growth," SKG stated.
