Spanish media readership, advertising revenues and profits grow, driven by digital
BRUSSELS, Dec. 6, 2018 (PPI Europe) -Spanish media readership is on the increase in 2018, with daily readers exceeding 17.5 million, corresponding to 1.7% growth year on year, the Spanish media association Asociación de Medios de Información (AMI) said in a report.
According to the report readers that either consume digital media or a combination of online and print media represent 66% of total media consumption, a 6% rise compared to one year ago. Digital readership is now at 331 million unique users, 54% more than three years ago, AMI reported.
