US pulp spot markets increase $10-15/tonne on low volumes, marking first broad rise of 2018
OAKLAND, CA, March 20, 2018 (RISI) -In US pulp spot markets, prices increased $10-15/tonne on low supplies and strong demand, marking the first time this year that non-contract levels rose across four key grades of pulp tracked by RISI, industry contact said.
Benchmark northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) prices increased $10/tonne to $780-820/tonne net delivered the US East and Midwest, according to RISI polling through Mar. 16.
