Fiedler’s newly developed screen basket surface geometry prevents a fiber mat from forming on the screen basket surface while at the same time increases the capacity. This is achieved through a new, special profile that does not filter but actually screens. Width of slots can be minimized down to 0.004 in. when machined mechanically and can be made even smaller when laser and electron-beam technology is used.

Polywire polyurethane covers are hydrophobic; they never absorb water because they are made from polyurethane. Polywire is more durable than bone-hard rubber, yet runs at 10 to 15 P&J to transfer power from the roll to the wire, or the wire to the roll, with less slippage.

Telemotive introduces a new system designed to provide protection against overhead crane collision with walls or other cranes in the same operating bay. Laser Guard is a laser based system that can be mounted on your overhead crane and interfaced with your crane controls. The system consists of a Class 1 laser transceiver with three independent contact closures which may be adjusted from 150 ft to 10 ft in the field.

Voith Sulzer has develped the new lab flotation cell Delta25. The new device yields industrial equivalent results on a lab scale. This portable cell features a modern design including integrated automatic functions that make the Delta25 user-friendly.
