The FSB 100 steam joint with stationary siphon is suitable for speeds up to 3,000 fpm with a steam pressure of 60 psi. Many older, open-gear machines may now be upgraded to stationary siphons. Also, the F Series steam joint with stationary siphon allows mills to increase production on dryer-limited machines while reducing downtime and maintenance. The balanced mechanical seal offers improved seal life—typically 2 to 4 times the current joint seal life.
