Tank heaters

A series of tank heaters from Komax Systems is designed for the direct injection of steam into tanks for heating water compatible products in a quiet, vibration free, and efficient fashion. They develop a strong stirring action to help keep any solids or particulates in suspension. This stirring action also helps produce uniform temperature throughout the tank when heating a large volume paper machine chest, allowing accurate thermostatic control.

Web slitting and winding

Tidland Corp. presents The Edge-Trim slitting solution. It is a self-contained shear slitting unit for continuously moving flexible webs. The Edge-Trim has upper knives and anvil blades both mounted on a common C-frame carriage. It can be retrofitted to fit most machines and set-up time is greatly reduced or eliminated because the knife-to-anvil relationship is never disturbed during slitter repositioning.
